The beauty of events has always intrigued me since I can remember. The glitz and glamour ofa wedding or creative themes of a social event, that is what life is made of! This is the opportunity for magic to happen. The magic of dreams, happiness and love! It is the feeling that little boys and girls feel the first time the enter the gates of Disneyland. And for me, I get to experience this feeling each and every time I share the production of an event with clients.

My first event was a wedding and I can remember how passionate and dedicated I was to my client. It was her wedding day, it was a once and a lifetime event and I wanted her to remember it with great fondness. It was then that I realized the responsibility that was entrusted to me. People were entrusting me with the most important days and events of their lives and I take that with great honor. I get to assist in making memories that will last a lifetime.

Each event that I have the pleasure of designing and planning whether it is a wedding or a birthday celebration, although being remarkable different brings me an equal amount of satisfaction. What I love about planning weddings is that it gives me the ability to tap into my romantic side, while allowing me to relive the day my husband and I exchanged our vows. It gives me the passion to give every bride and groom that dream day as someone once gave me. I have to admit, when I see our couples dance their first dance, I shed a romantic tear. It gives me the opportunity to fall in love all over again with my husband. That is why I give my best to every bride and groom on their special day. I want them to know that I am committed to them, their needs and will always do my best to shield them from stress while opening the doors to romantic lasting memories of their wedding day!

Although weddings pull on my heartstrings, all other social events get my creative juices flowing. When it comes to a milestone birthday or a corporate party, it takes a lot of creativity to produce a successful event. Clients want the best, unique and most signature event that I can come-up with and this allows me to tap into my creative side. This allows me to see how talented I really am. I realized very early that mediocrity and I do not go well together. I try to challenge myself with every event. I make it a point to learn the latest trends, the hottest vendors and the best venues. I always want to give clients the best and the best is, “knowing all that this industry has to offer.”

At the end of the day, there is nothing else that I hold with such value in my life other than my husband, and my three children. Carpe Diem!
